Patient Financial Services
At Regions Hospital our Admitting and Patient Accounting departments work together to ensure that our patients receive the best possible financial service.
Admitting
Financial Counselors are available through the Admitting department to answer questions regarding the programs available to our patients who are uninsured or underinsured. Financial Counselors are available seven days a week in the Emergency Department or will visit patients admitted to the hospital. They will also collect complete and accurate demographic information.
Patient Accounting
Patient Accounting Customer Service staff are available by phone, fax or email to discuss any billing concerns. In the near future you will be able to view and pay your statement online through a secure link.
