We want to ensure that you receive high quality care and service, and that your rights as a patient are respected. If anything is unclear or confusing to you, a patient representative can help you resolve your questions. Patient representatives are available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, to address any concerns you have about your stay at Regions Hospital.
