Emergency Medical Services
For over 30 years, the experts in our Emergency Medicine Department and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) have been the vital link between the health care professionals delivering state-of-the-art emergency care in the streets and the hospital emergency departments.
Regions Hospital EMS provides medical oversight for:
- Over 35 ambulance services and EMS agencies in the east metro area of the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin
- Over 1,300 first responders, EMTs, paramedics and nurses
Education
We also offer education classes to health care professionals from the EMS, law enforcement, fire, business/industry and clinical settings. We offer dozens of emergency courses taught by experienced instructors who bring EMS field and emergency department knowledge and skill to the classroom.
