Registration Procedure
- We accept credit card and check payments
- Check the online Regions Hospital EMS Education Course Catalog or call the Education Hotline, 651-793-4001, to confirm available space
- Complete and submit registration form
- Course Catalog 2007 - 2008
- Include check, made out to Regions Hospital EMS/GHI, with registration form if paying for your self
- Include required copies of relevant cards (see specific registration form) with your registration
Please note
- Registration is not considered complete until a form, card copies and payment/authorization to bill have been received. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.
- You will receive an email, or phone comfirmation upon completion of your registration.
- Course materials, if required, will be mailed approximately 4 weeks before the course date

Please note that FAX registrations will be accepted and confirmed ONLY if employer is paying your tuition up front, or if you are paying by credit card.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be received in writing (via mail or FAX)
- If a cancellation is received more than 1 week before the course date, a full refund will be issued upon return of course materials
- If a cancellation is received 1 week or less before the course date, no refund will be issued
- The same policy applies for requests to reschedule for a later course
