Guest Services
Our Guest Services staff are available to help both patients and visitors feel welcome. Guest Services can help you with a variety of things including, locating a patient's room or a department, finding lodging in the area or choosing an area florist. If you'd like more information about any of our services, we invite you to call Guest Services at (651) 254-2090.
Visitors
We understand the value family and friends contribute to a hospital stay, but ask that visitors observe the visiting hours on the patient units. General visiting hours are 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., seven days a week, for most patient care areas. Visiting hours or the number of visitors may be limited to meet patient needs. For specific information, please check at the desk of the area you are visiting.
Patient Rights
We want to ensure that you receive high quality care and service, and that your rights as a patient are respected. If anything is unclear or confusing to you, a patient representative can help you resolve your questions. Patient representatives are available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, to address any concerns you have about your stay at Regions Hospital. If you need to speak with a patient representative, please call (651) 254-2372 or stop by room 2020, on the second floor, near the Main lobby.
Regions Hospital accepts most health plans and insurance. Please call Patient Accounting Customer Service at 651-254-4791 or 1-877-974-3600 with any questions on insurance or assistance programs.
