PartneringCare® Senior Services, a program of HealthPartners and its affiliated organizations, provides medical services designed just for seniors. We are nationally recognized for excellence in geriatric medicine. We offer comprehensive primary medical care, including regular and urgent appointments, test and treatments. We also help coordinate any care you may need from a specialist, such as an appointment with a cardiologist or a visit with a home health aid.

Home care needs are coordinated through our affiliated home care service, Integrated Home Care.
PartneringCare® Senior Services is staffed by board-certified geriatricians and geriatric nurse practitioners, experts with special interest and training in caring for seniors. They only care for seniors and are up-to-date on the latest treatment options. They will take the extra time to ask and answer questions to help you stay healthy and independent.
