Professional Recognition Program

Regions Nursing Professional Recognition Program, our career ladder program, is the only program of its kind in the Twin Cities. This program provides professional and financial recognition to nurses who are actively involved in supporting our nursing vision and strategic plan. Recipients are eligible for yearly financial recognition of $1,500 - $3,000. An additional $1,000 is available for conference fees or tuition reimbursement for nurses who achieve the highest level of recognition.
