Who provides my care?
You are the most important member of your care team. A multi-disciplinary team consisting of respiratory therapists, exercise physiologists, occupational therapists, registered nurses, dieticians and a pulmonologist will assist you.

How do I get started?
Pulmonary Rehabilitation begins with a doctor's referral. You will receive a call from a respiratory therapist to make your initial appointment. During your initial appointment, a respiratory therapist will perform an individual clinical evaluation. Included in your evaluation is a monitored six-minute walk test. You will then be scheduled for future sessions.

How do I make an appointment?
To schedule your appointment, call:
(651) 254-9999

Initial appointments are available in the morning or afternoon, Mondays or Fridays.

What is the cost?
