Financial CounselorFinancial Counselors are available through the Admitting Department to talk with our patients regarding programs available to those who may be uninsured or underinsured. Regions Financial Counselors can help you apply for State or County programs which may provide you with medical coverage. A Financial Counselor will meet with all patients who are admitted to the hospital, or talk with you in the Emergency Department should you require assistance. During your inpatient stay, a Financial Counselor will ask you to verify your demographic information, and will answer any questions you may have regarding insurance and payment of your bill.
