Regions Hospital Foundation Announces Officers and Executive Committee
Board Members Bring Wealth of Experience

St. Paul, Minn., May 5, 2005 - Regions Hospital Foundation recently announced it's new officers and executive committee for the board of directors.

Patricia Pappas has been named chair of the Foundation Board. Pappas also serves on the Lundborg Cancer Library Golf Classic committee. Pappas is vice president and regional private banking manager for Firstar Bank, N.A. Pappas lives in Vadnais Heights.

Al McNee is the new vice chair for the Foundation. McNee also serves as chair of the core events committee for the Foundation Board. He is president of Merrill Corporation. McNee lives in Eden Prairie.

Tom Breslin is the Foundation's secretary and treasurer. In addition, he also serves as co-chair of the Foundation's annual wine auction. Breslin is president of FRMI and CEO of Fujikura HDD Division. Breslin lives in Hudson, Wis.

The past chair of the Regions Hospital Foundation is Jerry Paquin, who works as chief operating officer at Key Investment, Inc. in Minneapolis.
