HealthPartners Medical Group Hires Hospitalist to Practice at Regions Hospital
St. Paul, Minn. Bhavin Patel, M.D., will join HealthPartners Medical Group and begin working at Regions as a hospitalist in internal medicine in October.
Dr. Patel earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree (M.B.B.S.) from Baroda Medical College in Gujarat, India. He then completed a rotating internship at the same school before coming to the United States in 2001 and completing an internal medicine residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Dr. Patel is licensed in Minnesota and Pennsylvania and is a member of the American College of Physicians and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is fluent in English, Gujarati and Hindi.
