HealthPartners Medical Group Hires Family and Sports Medicine Physician to Practice at Regions St. Paul, Minn. - Heather Cichanowski, M.D., recently joined HealthPartners Medical Group and began working at Regions Hospital as a family medicine and sports medicine practitioner in September. Dr. Cichanowski earned her Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Minnesota Medical School. She completed a family medicine residency at the University of Minnesota-Fairview and recently completed a primary care fellowship in sports medicine at Hennepin County Medical Center. Dr. Cichanowski is board certified in family medicine and sports medicine and holds a medical license in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Cichanowski also volunteers at sporting events in the metro area.
