September 23. 2005. HealthPartners Medical Group Hires Gastroenterologist to Practice at Regions Hospital St. Paul, Minn. Karin Hagen, M.D., will join HealthPartners Medical Group and begin working at Regions Hospital as a gastroenterologist in October 2005. Dr. Hagen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry from Hamline University and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota School of Medicine. She completed a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Hagen is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association and the Crohns and Colitis Foundation of America. She is licensed by the state of Minnesota and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
