Who We Are
Regions Hospital Patient and Family Advisory Council is a group of former patients and or family members who have had direct experience with our care and service. Our members contribute their own perspective on how we can achieve our vision to be the patient-centered hospital of choice for our community. An important goal for the Council is to have membership that reflects the rich diversity of our patient populations.

When We Meet
Led by Regions Hospital staff, the Patient and Family Advisory Council meetings are held the third Thursday of each month from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Dinner is served at meetings, and members will receive compensation for each meeting attended.

Why You Should Get Involved
As a member, you can help make positive changes at Regions Hospital and make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families. Your unique experience can help us to improve our care and service to all patients and family members by:

  • Providing information to hospital leaders and staff about patients' needs and concerns
  • Helping to plan patient-care areas and new programs
  • Recommending changes that positively affect patients and family members
  • Encouraging patients and families to be involved and to speak out
  • Strengthening communication among patients, families, caregivers and staff
How to Join
Regions Hospital Patient and Family Advisory Council recruits new members every year. Each member is asked to serve a 1-3 year term. For more information or to receive a Patient and Family Advisory Council membership application, please call Linda Molloy at 651-254-3707.
