 | Nurse Shadowing Program
The Nurse Shadowing Program is designed to provide potential and future nurses an opportunity to shadow a Regions registered nurse for 3 hours. Participants in this program:
- Observe but do not provide patient care
- May observe one or two clinical areas of nursing practice for their shadowing experience
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must read and sign a confidentiality contract prior to their shadowing experience
