During nursing school I worked as a PCA in the float pool. After graduating I transitioned into a RN position in the float pool. A few years later I took a RN position on the burn unit. In 2007 I wanted to pursue new opportunities, I accepted a position as a clinical team lead. In this position I monitor and adjust staffing needs and provide clinical leadership and support for the nursing staff. One of the things I appreciate most about working at Regions is the abundant variety of areas to practice and grow as a nurse.
