Debra is a PCA on the rehabilitation unit.
Debra-pic"I love seeing our patients recover and to know that I had a part of this." Debra also appreciates the knowledge that she has gained working as a PCA. When asked what makes her want to come to work, she quickly replied, The team I am on works well together, and I feel I am an important member of the team. Debra says she feels respected and trusted by both her coworkers and her patients. I highly recommend that others become a PCA, especially if they are considering nursing as a career.

Sarah, a Behavioral Health NA, started at Regions in 2001.
Sarah-pic"I really appreciate the variety of patients I care for; I learn something new each day. Another thing that makes me appreciate my job so much is that I love my coworkers. We are a great team."

3 girls-picAccording to Jacque, "When I decided to make a career change and become a registered nurse, I knew Regions Hospital was where I wanted to work. I'm a Saint Paul native and knew Regions has always been the hospital to go to in cases of trauma. Regions is the only Level I Trauma Center in the east metro, and I am proud to be working here as an emergency room tech while I'm in nursing school."
