 I am fortunate to work with a team that supports the richness of multicultural backgrounds. The unique perspectives of others help me learn more about myself and how I relate to different people. I appreciate the supportive learning environment where patients personal histories and characteristics are valued and utilized to provide culturally competent care.

 Other cultures are fascinating to me. At Regions, we all have a unique opportunity to learn about the different cultures of our patients and coworkers. The more we learn about each other and accept cultural practices, the greater our successes will be with patient care and peer relationships.
