Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery
In heart and thoracic procedures, robotic-assisted surgery enables our surgeons to perform delicate movements without a long and painful incision along the patient's chest cavity. As opposed to traditional open heart surgeries which often require a long hospital stay and an 8-12 week recovery time, robotic-assisted procedures typically involve much smaller incisions, leading to less pain, fewer post-operative complications, improved comfort and much quicker recovery.
