 | Your Clinic Visit
 As a specialty clinic, we generally see you when you have been referred to us by your personal physician, although many health plans and insurance offer direct access to our specialists. We have several different types of cardiology clinics to meet your needs including, a cardiology clinic, lipid management clinic, heart failure clinic, arrythmia clinic and a pacemaker clinic.
At your first visit, you will meet with one of our cardiologists. This visit generally includes:
- A physical, including a history of your health
- An evaluation of symptoms and risk factors
- A determination of the next steps in your care
Your cardiologist will keep your personal physician updated on your progress.
