We provide assessment and treatment of mental health and chemical dependency problems at several metropolitan offices. Our professional staff is highly skilled in caring for adults, adolescents and children, and is dedicated to serving your special needs and concerns.
Initial Appointment
Your first visit will take approximately one hour. During this appointment you can discuss your situation and concerns with a mental health professional. After this initial appointment, an assessment and recommendation for treatment will be made. To schedule your first appointment , please call (952) 967-7992. Follow-up appointments are scheduled at the clinic where you receive treatment. If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify the clinic as soon as possible.
Fees and Financial Responsibility
Your fee will depend on the type of service you receive and the type of caregiver you see. You may request a listing of our fees at any time. Our services are covered under most insurance and health care plans. If your health care plan contracts with Regions Hospital, you may have a copayment due at the time of each visit. Health insurance plans pay fees on case rates, discounted fee schedules or percentages of charges, depending upon the specific plan. Some plans limit the number of sessions covered and may require prior authorization for treatment. Insurance benefits generally cover charges for medically necessary treatment only. Please check your policy or call your health plan for more specific information on your coverage.
Prescription Medications
Your psychiatrist may write prescriptions at the time of your appointment. If a refill is needed between appointments, please call your pharmacy directly. The pharmacist will call us for approval. Please allow at least two days for this process.
