Prepare for the interview
When you interview at Regions your interviewer will use the behavioral method, in a one-on-one or panel interview. Be prepared to share your experiences in a way that tells your personal story and provides an understanding about your work style and your unique qualities.
The behaviorial interview focuses on your actual job-related experiences. You should give thorough answers by telling us about real work situations you encountered and briefly explaining the situation, the actions you took and the results.
Meet individually with the hiring manager to discuss the position for which you applied. You may be asked to meet with a Human Resources representative, another staff member, etc.
Meet with two or more people to discuss the position for which you applied. The panel could include peers, direct reports or colleagues who work in departments with whom you would have frequent interaction.
There are two options for parking: South (or Main) parking or the West ramp. Bring your parking ticket to the Human Resources Service Center located on the second floor, North Section, room N260, where we will validate your parking. The color of your parking ticket will help direct you back to the correct ramp.
Where to report
When you schedule your interview, be sure to ask where you need to report for the interview. In many cases, your interview will be within the hiring department. You should stop at the desk in the hospital lobby to ask for directions. If you get lost, our Guest Experience team located at the front desk is available to help you find your way to the department.
If you are unsure of where to report, feel free to stop by the Human Resources Service Center on the second floor, North Section, room N260.
