New date! Join us on Saturday, September 21, 2013, for our 24th Annual Wine Auction
Over 1,000 community members will fill the St. Paul RiverCentre for an evening filled with fine wine and food, music from local artists and silent and live auctions. The 2012 Wine Auction raised $709,000, and we look forward to another successful event this year.

Proceeds will support Regions Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
To ensure the health of our fellow community members, we must reach them before they arrive at a hospital. That’s why our EMS Department acts as a resource for ambulance services, police departments, fire departments and other community first responder agencies, giving them the medical direction, education and quality assurance services they need to provide the best care to residents at the point of injury or illness. Regions EMS is also a national leader in research, resulting in advances in pre-hospital care for airway management, cardiac care and the treatment of cardiac arrest patients.
Now, with proceeds from Regions Hospital Foundation’s 2013 Wine Auction, EMS will further improve the services it provides to first responders and the community:
- It will develop a community paramedic program, filling a vital gap in our community’s health care delivery model; community paramedics are advanced life support personnel who provide non-emergency care to patients who do not qualify for traditional home care services
- It will centralize management of the hospital’s injury prevention efforts in the community while expanding current programs and considering new opportunities
- It will improve the medical oversight and coordination of care provided at mass gathering events such as the Minnesota State Fair
- It will further develop one of the first accredited EMS fellowship programs in the country
