Regions Hospital is located at the intersection of Jackson Street and University Avenue, just a few blocks away from the State Capitol and the junction of Interstates 94 and 35E. The Main/Emergency Entrance is on Jackson Street near the south end of the hospital.

From the North:
Take I-35E southbound to exit 107C (University Avenue). The exit is on the right-hand side of the road. Ramp becomes 12th Street East. Stay in the right lane. Pass the hospital and turn right on Jackson Street. The hospital is on your right.

From the East:
Take I-94 westbound to exit 242A (12thStreet). Go straight onto 12th Street East. Stay in the right lane. Take an immediate right on Jackson Street. The hospital is on your right.

From the West:
Take I-94 eastbound toward exit 241A (Marion Street/Kellogg Boulevard/State Capitol). The exit will be on the right-hand side of the road. Stay in the left lane to turn left (north) on Marion Street. Turn right (east) on University Avenue and pass the State Capitol, then turn right on Jackson Street. The hospital is on your left.

From the South:
Take I-35E northbound toward St. Paul to exit 106C (11th Street). The exit is on the right-hand side of the road. Go straight onto 11th Street East and get into the left lane. Turn left on Jackson Street. Cross over the highway. The hospital is on your right.
