Patient representatives

If you or your family members have questions or concerns about your care at Regions Hospital, please contact a patient representative. Department leaders and your care team are also available to help.

During non-business hours, if you need immediate support and guidance for your concerns, please contact the on-call chaplain (available 24/7) or the weekend in-house social worker by calling the hospital operator or asking your nurse. It is important to realize that, as a patient, you have rights and responsibilities. See Patients' Bill of Rights.
