Notice of privacy practices

We know that the privacy of your personal information is important to you. You have granted Regions Hospital the responsibility of providing health care for you and/or your family. We are dedicated to maintaining this trust.

This notice describes how we maintain your privacy as we provide coverage. It describes personal information about members and former members, how we use it and with whom we share it. This notice also explains your right to not have your information shared with parties outside Regions Hospital.

We help ensure your privacy by releasing your personal information only to the people you want us to. If you would like to authorize disclosure of your personal information to someone — a family member, attorney, etc. — you can contact our Health Information Management Department at 651-254-2468.
