Kandice L. Tolic, NP-WH
- Practicing Department: Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Nurse Practitioner
I was born and raised in the Twin Cities. After receiving my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, I moved to Chicago and worked as a registered nurse in Oncology. While there, I met and married my husband. We returned to Minnesota and I took a position in a neonatal intensive care unit in Minneapolis. It was during that time that I really connected with the issues women were dealing with and chose to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Minnesota. I am now a Certified Woman's Health Nurse Practitioner. In 2014, I began working in gynecologic oncology at Regions Hospital where I enjoy the opportunity to see patients frequently and really get to know them. I thoroughly enjoy helping the women I engage with every day.
I am dedicated to providing nurturing and educational support to the individuals I work with. A respectful and sensitive health care professional is important to people, and I strive to be that kind of practitioner and ensure personal, private and competent care.
