Holistic health and education classes – Classes designed to reduce stress and anxiety and improve well-being, including yoga, couples massage, qigong, and guided imagery.

Nutrition services – Registered dietitians provide counseling and education for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Fertility resources – Assistance in navigating community resources related to cancer and fertility.

Patricia D. Lundborg Library

One of the largest cancer resource libraries in the state, the Lundborg library has DVDs, books, nutritional information brochures, physical activity strategies and relaxation activities. The library is located at Regions Hospital and provides patients, family members and the community with informational resources. You can search the library resources online.

The library is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and is located in the Cancer Care Center at Regions. For more information, please call 651-254-2215.
