Cycling Program 

Is cycling causing you pain? Cycling is a great, low-impact way to stay fit, but it isn’t without risk of pain and injury. Most cycling pain occurs due to poor bike fit or improper riding technique. Whether you are a bike commuter, training for an Ironman or out to enjoy a bike ride with family and friends, it is important that a bike fits your individual needs and alignment.

Our physical therapy staff, with Bike Fit Certification, identity and treat physical limitations that may be affecting your cycling. A personalized rehabilitation program is created using high speed video analysis and in clinic testing. Our goal is to help you achieve the best bike experience and to promote a lifetime in the sport.

High speed video assessment

State-of-the-art video assessment of up to 1,000 frames per second to identify cycling flaws and possible causes of injury. This analysis will also help find areas for improved cycling efficiency.
