Foot & ankle

The foot and ankle are a complex set of structures that include 26 bones, 33 joints and more than 100 ligaments, muscles and tendons. The foot is a launching pad for the body and all the activities we do. When an injury to the foot or ankle occurs, the way your foot works can become faulty.

Regions Hospital Rehabilitation Institute offers physical therapy services to address a variety of foot and ankle conditions, including after surgery needs.

Our therapist will examine your foot and ankle and develop a personalized rehabilitation plan to address your pain, strength and mobility limitations. Our goal is to return you to your optimal level of mobility and strength.

Regions Hospital Rehabilitation Institute works closely with your care provider to coordinate all of your care.
