Biomechanical Running Analysis

This state-of-the-art assessment includes a video treadmill analysis. The analysis will help determine the causes of pain or areas of running efficiency to improve.

Education & training

We will develop a personalized running program to help treat current injuries and prevent future injuries.

The program includes:

  • Activities to achieve optimal running form
  • Individualized strength and flexibility exercises
  • Shoe and orthotic considerations
  • Training considerations and personal goal setting
