Functional capacity evaluation

Take the guessing out of returning to work!

Testing the worker’s ability to return to work (a Functional Capacity Evaluation  or FCE) is one of the most effective tools used with work injury management. If the worker is unable to return to work, an FCE can clearly outline the patient’s current abilities to aid in job search. Our FCEs are customized to answer your return-to-work questions and vary from one day (three-hour) tests to two day (six-hour) tests.

Work conditioning

Work conditioning combines job-simulated or actual job tasks, strengthening and conditioning exercises into a comprehensive goal-oriented program.

Job coaching

Individualized job coaching performed onsite allows the worker to safely and confidently transition back to the pre-injury job.
