Outstanding care for geriatric hip fracture patients

Regions Hospital is one of five national hospitals to be certified as a Geriatric Fracture Care Program by the International Geriatric Fracture Society.

Regions Hospital has received the Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI®) certification from the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) for meeting the highest standards for quality cancer care.

Our Cancer Center, dedicated to a focus on quality improvement and health outcomes, received the "Three-Year with Commendation" and 2013 Outstanding Achievement awards from the American College of Surgeons.

Joint Commission/Core Measures

Regions Hospital was the only hospital in Minnesota to receive the highest ratings possible for quality care in cases of heart failure, heart attack, pneumonia, and surgical care.
