Brain injury support group
"The key to success is often the ability to adapt."
The Brain Injury Support Group is led by staff from the Rehabilitation Institute at Regions Hospital. Our goals are to:
- Provide a safe, private meeting place for individuals with brain injury and their care partners
- Give members the chance to share experiences, challenges and solutions
- Provide education and resources on brain injury
We ask that everyone who participates in the group respect these goals.
Who should attend?
We welcome anyone who has experienced a traumatic brain injury to join the group. Care partners are also welcome to join. Participants help determine discussion topics and community experts sometimes talk about topics of interest as well.
There is no fee to attend the support group.
Meeting dates & times
The group meets at Regions Hospital from 5:30 p.m. – 7 p.m. the first Thursday of each month.
