What we fund
We meet community health needs by supporting patient care, medical research and the education of health professionals at Regions Hospital and HealthPartners.
Your tax-deductible contribution to Regions Hospital Foundation supports our mission to provide quality healthcare for all. Specifically, it helps fund programs, research and equipment that make a difference to the health of the community.

We see more uninsured and low-income patients than other local providers. Your donations support programs like the Hope Chest for Breast Cancer Emergency Assistance Program, which pays for rent, utilities and mortgage payments for patients with breast cancer.
With your help, we’re changing the way people look at mental health care. We opened a new mental health facility and have used contributions to fund awareness and support programs like Make It OK and the Lee and Penny Anderson HeroCare Program for Veterans.
ER and trauma
We’re leaders in emergency care and the only Level 1 Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center in the Twin Cities east metro and western Wisconsin. Contributions support our nationally recognized Burn Center, provide training for first responders, fund research and expand our treatment capabilities.
In 2017, we’ll open the largest freestanding neuroscience center in the Upper Midwest. Help support research for Alzheimer’s and other dementias, as well as Parkinson’s, stroke, brain and spine injury, and other neurological conditions.
In addition to providing quality care to patients, we also invest in programs that keep our communities healthy. Your gifts support fall and fire prevention education, mental health awareness education, and programs like Healthy Beginnings, which supports and educates pregnant women with substance abuse issues.
