Visiting and finding a patient in the hospital
We're here to help.
How to get here
We’re located in downtown St. Paul, at the intersection of Jackson Street and University Avenue (near the state capitol building.)
What to do when you arrive
We typically recommend using the main entrance and parking in the south ramp. It’s 24/7 and it’s an underground ramp. If you need help finding a patient’s room, go to the guest services desk. You can also ask anyone wearing a badge for assistance.

Visiting a patient at Regions
Regions Hospital recognizes the vital role family and friends play in the health and recovery during a hospital stay. All HealthPartners hospitals, including Regions Hospital, welcome family to visit anytime. Family is defined by the patient. To ensure quiet, healing time for our patients, others who wish to visit a patient are welcome between the hours of 11 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. If you need the support of your family during the nights, please speak to your nurse.
