As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I have a wide range of clinical experience, including helping patients to work through various clinical concerns, such as mood disorders, relational problems, anxiety disorder, trauma, self-esteem issues and life transitions. My theoretical orientation is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative-based therapy, interpersonal therapy and various mindfulness-based techniques. I have both a Masters of Arts in Counseling from the University of San Diego (2008) and a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University (2013).

I believe it is important in the therapy process to provide a non-judgmental and safe space that gives patients a chance to experience personal growth, self-exploration and positive change. I appreciate the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of patient care: from prevention to diagnosis to treatment. I am grateful to be able to work with patients in their journey toward renewed self-knowledge, wellness, growth and overall healing.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, practicing and teaching yoga and traveling.
