  • Practicing Department: Mental Health
  • Nurse Practitioner

I am experienced nurse practitioner with national board certification in psychiatry and pediatrics. I provide assessment, treatment planning, developmental evaluations and medication management for children and adolescents ages 3-20. My areas of special interests include autism, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and mood disorders.
My approach with families is collaborative and holistic. I utilize psychoeducation, supportive therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to engage both the child and family. I work collaboratively with families, primary care providers, therapists and schools to ensure each child is supported and successful. My goal is to provide each family with the tools they need to care, advocate and find joy in their child's developmental journey.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, doing yoga and enjoying the outdoors.

I am currently a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP) and Minnesota Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN) Coalition. I have recently completed the Masters Psychopharmacology Program with the Neuroscience Education Institute. Additionally, I am a board member for a non-profit which organizes and leads short-term medical mission trips to Haiti.
