Traumatic brain injury (TBI) support group in St. Paul, Minnesota

The staff from Regions Hospital Rehabilitation lead a virtual traumatic brain injury support group. Participants help determine discussion topics, and community experts sometimes talk about topics of interest as well.

The goals of our TBI support group are to:

• Provide a safe, private meeting place for individuals with traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and their care partners
• Give members the chance to share experiences, challenges and solutions
• Provide education and resources on brain injuries

We ask that everyone who participates in the TBI support group respect these goals.

At this time, we’re only offering the brain injury support group virtually. You’ll meet with other brain injury survivors, caregivers and loved ones online.

We welcome anyone who has experienced a traumatic brain injury to join the TBI support group – families, loved ones and supporters are also welcome.

There is no fee to attend the TBI support group, and you don’t need to register in advance.
